Meet the chef,   DARTH  CHOCOLATIER

Graduated from classic Patisserie in 2014 and then left home to the UK. Since then I have been learning and improving my skills by working in some of the best establishments in the sector, including Chocolate and Pastry boutiques, Restaurants and Hotels in Portugal and London. Always with chocolate in my heart and soul.

And now after moving to Bristol in 2019 I finally have the opportunity to turn my dreams into reality, to create excellent chocolates and bring them out to the people in the UK.
